Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We aim to ship your orders within 1-2 business days from our base in Sydney, NSW.
If you require same-day delivery within the Sydney metro area, please contact us directly to arrange this service.
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. For international orders, standard shipping is $20 and typically takes 7-10 business days to most destinations. If you need your order sooner, we also offer express shipping for $40, with delivery in 1-3 business days to most locations
Return & Exchange Policy
At Darling Finds, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, new-with-tags and like-new clothing. To maintain our stringent quality standards, we only sell items that are free from damage and significant wear. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high standards before being listed for sale.
Please Note: As our products are classified as second-hand under Australian Consumer Law, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Exceptions: If you receive an item that is incorrect, not as described, or damaged/faulty, we are committed to resolving the issue. In such cases, please contact us immediately. We will offer an exchange or refund based on the situation.
